The middle group of sidebar tabs is for everything before the timeline. Each tool saves into the Space’s assets, so the whole team sees the same material.

Each tool has a list with search and a New … button, and a Save to files action that writes the current document into the folder shown above. The Create tools in the Script category (Logline, Beat Sheet, Script Writer, Character Bible, Scene Breakdown, Songwriter) write their results into Story, Board, Notes or Lyrics.
