Chat & Plinky
Plinky at the top of the sidebar opens Chat. The same box talks to two audiences: the AI assistant and the people in your Space.
Sending a message
Section titled “Sending a message”Type into Ask Plinky anything… and choose a button:
- Send to Plinky AI — the assistant answers. It knows this help site, your current project and the Space’s history.
- Send to peers — the message goes to everyone in the Space.
Plinky can make mistakes. Verify important information.
- Speak instead of type turns on voice input.
- Read Plinky replies aloud makes Plinky speak its answers. Its voice plays on the Plinky mixer strip, so you can set its level like any other source.
- Plinky voice picks the voice, and Translate turns replies into that voice’s language.
Keeping and clearing
Section titled “Keeping and clearing”- Save to Notes stores the conversation in Notes.
- Clear history empties the view.
- Plinky keeps long-term memory per Space. Type
/clearto drop the current conversation but keep what Plinky has learned, or/resetto start the Space from scratch./helplists the commands,/versionshows the build.
Pop out
Section titled “Pop out”Pop out a floating chat overlay that stays open on other tabs keeps the conversation beside the Grid or the mixer.
